Shipping & Delivery Policy
Modstark provides international shipping to a wide range of destinations. Our primary shipping destinations include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and selected countries in Europe, Oceania, and the Middle East. We also ship to additional international destinations listed below.
The total time required to receive an order consists of:
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
Processing includes order verification, product preparation, quality inspection, packing, and dispatch.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Processing may take slightly longer during major promotions, peak seasons, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Shipping fees are determined by the delivery destination and order value.

4. Estimated Shipping Time
The estimated shipping times below begin after an order has been processed and dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally take longer because of customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Shipping Carriers
We work with multiple international and local shipping carriers. The carrier used for an order will depend on the delivery destination, available shipping route, package type, and local delivery network.
The final stage of delivery may be completed by a local postal service or regional carrier.
6. Order Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available after receiving the shipping confirmation email.

7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at info@modstark.com. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before dispatch, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned or requires redelivery because of an incomplete or incorrect address.
8. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Modstark covers applicable customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees for orders shipped to our supported destinations.
Customers are not normally required to pay additional customs or import charges when receiving their packages. The order total and shipping fee displayed at checkout represent the amount charged to the customer by Modstark.
If you unexpectedly receive a customs payment request from a carrier or local authority, please do not make the payment immediately. Contact us at info@modstark.com with your order number and a copy of the customs notice. Our customer support team will verify the charge and assist you with the appropriate next steps.
9. Delivery Delays
Occasional delays may occur because of customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
If tracking information has not updated for an extended period or a package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
