Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
At Modstark, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is processed or shipped. If cancelled in time, you will receive a full refund.
Please note: We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.
2. Exchange & Return Window
You may request an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery.
3. Exchange & Return Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, stain-free, and in fully sellable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties (unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item).
- Returns must be shipped via Standard Shipping, and the tracking number must be provided to us via email.
4. How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
Please contact us at info@modstark.com to begin the process and request the correct return address.
Important: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Packages sent to unauthorized addresses cannot be processed for returns or exchanges.
5. Exchange Process
If an exchange is requested, once your returned item has been received at our warehouse and verified to meet our Exchange & Return Conditions, we will promptly ship the requested size or style to you.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days (depending on your bank or credit card issuer).
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
